Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

- You may not use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of Malaysian law;
- You may not attempt to access another user's systems or data without authorisation;
- You may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
- Any attempt to disrupt the operation of the platform is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & MYR Usage
All financial transactions on the 30000 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are solely their own.
Deposits can be made using the local payment methods listed in your account. The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected method and is subject to change without prior notice. All deposits are final once confirmed.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name only. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 30000 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- 30000 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors;
- Any transaction suspected of involving fraud will be investigated, and the account in question may be suspended while the investigation is ongoing;
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
30000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Registering multiple accounts or impersonating another user;
- Attempting to manipulate the gaming system or betting odds;
- Falsification of personal information or identity verification documents.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

30000's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
